yes can now confirm locations are correct, had him spawn from all 3 enraged spectres.

Camped PH'ers for 8 hours today , didnt see named once . Are u sure this location and Pher info is correct ?
Yeah, I double checked, this is correct. There is actually another spawn point just past the S turn as well. I'll try to get that one added to the map later.
