Kill Believers 0/10 (Heart of Fear: The Threshold) Kill 10 Believers, you can kill the ones you've used the Suspension of Sickness on
Report back to Alchemist Gille 0/1 (Heart of Fear: The Threshold) Return to and Hail Alchemist Gille (as indicated by on the map)
