Kill some shadowy lurkers 0/6 (Plane of Shadow) Kill 6 shadowy lurkers, these can be found through out the water (as indicated by on the map)
Loot a shadowed carp from a shadowy lurker 0/1 (Plane of Shadow) Loot a Shadowed Carp from a shadowy lurker
Give the shadowed carp to Eoqua Din 0/1 (Plane of Shadow) Return to and turn in the Shadowed Carp to Eoqua Din (as indicated by on the map)
Speak with Eoqua Din 0/1 (Plane of Shadow) Hail Eoqua Din

I don't think the normal exp or AA exp bar moved at all when completing this.
