Walkthrough:

Speak with Glask's scout 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Head forward to and say 'help' to Scout Reksvel (as indicated by on the map), after a mob will spawn and attack
Defeat the enthralled high guard 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Kill the ambusher, at 90% of its hp you will get an emote and you may say 'kill' to Itzerak the Forsaken to finish the mob off automatically
Speak to Itzerak the Forsaken 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Move up into the Underground City and say 'ready' to Itzerak the Forsaken
Make your way to the Silent Hall 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Head to the Silent Hall (as indicated by on the map)
Defeat the Shield Sustainers 0/7 (Shard's Landing) Kill 7 Shield Sustainers, you can find these throughout the tunnels
Defeat a few hostile Believers 0/10 (Shard's Landing) Kill 10 Alarans, you can find these throughout the tunnels
Use the portal in the Council Room 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Head over to the council room (as indicated by on the map), say 'ready' to a council dissident inside, you must have the 7 shield sustainers killed to do this step, after that step on the platform in the middle of the room
Approach the Alter of the Unspoken 0/1 (Shard's Landing) Move North on to the stage, this will auto update and spawn mobs that auto aggro for the next part
Defeat the Vengeful Masses 0/30 (Shard's Landing) Kill 30 Vengeful Spirits, they will respawn and attack until 30 are dead, any extras will despawn after 30th one dies, you will fight many at once, though they are fairly weak, especially compared to normal mobs Task Locks Here

Added the Inflexible Scale aug thanks, the Stone of the Landing is also a zone wide rare in Shard's Landing, I don't think we have it on the Aug Section though
