Rain of Fear Tier 4 Weapon Overview
With the Release of The Heart of Fear, Tier 4, content, there are special Class Only weapons. To get them you must Complete all the missions in the Rain of Fear expansion plus loot 4 collectibles, one from the chest of certain missions.
Your Group Tier 4 Weapon is gotten from the Achievement, The Depths of Fear (Rain of Fear), this is located in the Rain of Fear -> Collections Tab in the Achievement window.
Completing this Achievement for the Group Weapon requires all of the following:
- Strange Black Rock - Note: This item is No Trade
- Comes from the Chest in Unveiling the Mystery
- Shifting Shard - Note: This item is No Trade
- Comes from the Chest in Breaking the Seal
- Gestation Crystal Shard - Note: This item is No Trade
- Comes from the Chest in Menace, Doom, and Horror
- Heart of Fear - Note: This item is No Trade
- Comes from the Chest in An End to Fear

Once you have your Tier 4 Group Weapon (it is required to get the Raid one), to upgrade it to the Raid Version, you must loot a Eye of Fear item from a Raid, this can drop from the main 3 raids in Heart of Fear (not the Mini-Boss events)
Once you obtain this you must then combine it in your classes armor container, the Rust-Tinged Box of Fear, bought from Master Armorer Synlari 
, with your classes Tier 4 group weapon. After doing so you will get your Tier 4 Class Only Raid Weapon.

Name of Collection that covers this Achievement is The Depths of Fear.
Within this quest are the same items described here, however, there is no Paragon of Fear; from in game, the actual umbrella quests is titled Lesser Hero of Rain of Fear, but includes the same Hero of xxx tasks mentioned here.
Ahh yea, thank you, they changed the name of like half the achievements in an update during CotF, this is updated
