Spells / abilities:
- Once every 25 seconds NPC casts Lingering Sorrow on a random player (not tank). Then once every 30 seconds or so, NPC will warp to a random player (not tank) and begin AE rampaging.
- Lingering Sorrow - Large Damage over Time with melee slow and snare. 3 tick duration, 60 curse counters.

- PH spawn location(s).

- A safe spot to camp.

Can also spawn in the larger circle surrounding the inner circle (in at least two more places other than shown on map). Common drop seems to be wrist.
