Named orc PH: a Ry`Gorr scout Loot: Dexterous Shoulderguards Fear Touched Armguards Fear Touched Boots - Common Visible Fear Touched Bracer Fear Touched Gloves Fear Touched Helm Fear Touched Leggings Fear Touched Tunic Frosted Topaz Spaulders of the Agile Mind Spells / abilities: Self buffs with Resolve of the Ry`Gorr, which grants him a small defensive proc. Every 35 seconds he summons everyone to him that is on his hatelist. When he does this, he can also cast Close Inspection on players. Close Inspection - Large Damage over Time with snare, 5 tick duration. Running away from the NPC will cause this debuff to fade.
