Walkthrough:

Receive a piece of apparition flesh from Welverd Steelbairn 0/1 (Kael Drakkel: The King's Madness) This will update automatically and give you a piece of apparition flesh
Kill 6 soul scavengers 0/6 (Kael Drakkel: The King's Madness) The 2 sets of kills for this quest require you to kill the mobs by giant corpses (as indicated by on the map), you must have the buff on from clicking on the flesh you received from the quest giver or from killing coldain, faeries, dragons, kedge, twisted wolves. It will appear on your cursor if you get one. If the buff fades while you are still fighting them, you will be DT'd, so it would be best to pre-farm a few of the flesh before trying to kill them, just in case, you can find the creatures throughout the zone as well as on each giant corpse spot
Kill 2 giant soul eaters 0/2 (Kael Drakkel: The King's Madness) Kill 2 giant soul eaters in the same area as scavengers
Inform Welverd Steelbairn that you destroyed the otherworldly scavengers 0/1 (Kael Drakkel: The King's Madness) Return to and Hail Welverd Steelbairn (as indicated by on the map)
(Opt) Kill apparitions of dragons, coldain, and other creatures to gain more flesh pieces 0/20 (Kael Drakkel: The King's Madness) This is updated as you kill the creatures and get the flesh on cursor, you probably wont need all 20

Make sure your tank is on the quest and has clicked himself or they will chain mez him.
