Ask the skeletal nurse to make an incision in the unconscious Halfling's chest 0/1 (Chapterhouse of the Fallen)
- In the room next to Bertrand you will find skeletal nurses, say 'make an incision' to one of them, you may need to say it a few times until it succeeds

Ask the skeletal nurse to extract the unconscious Halfling's heart 0/1 (Chapterhouse of the Fallen)
- Say 'extract the heart' to a skeletal nurse, you may need to say it a few times until it succeeds

Ask the skeletal nurse to extract a blood sample from the unconscious Halfling 0/1 (Chapterhouse of the Fallen)
- Say 'extract a blood sample' to a skeletal nurse, you may need to say it a few times until it succeeds

- Down at the bottom floor with the river, you will find undead halflings throughout the floor, kill one

Speak with Gertrude Darksworn 0/1 (Chapterhouse of the Fallen)
- Return to and Hail Gertrude Darksworn, who is next to Bertrand the Butcher (as indicated by on the map), you must have the Illusion from the Burning Dead Robes active to Hail her successfully
