Spells / abilities:
- Once every 30 seconds the NPC picks a player (not tank) and flings them to himself. He then casts Bite.
- Bite - AE large DD. Has a chance to cast Infected Wound on players that it hits.
- Infected Wound - Short duration Melee and Spell slow with Damage over Time.

- PH spawn location(s).

- A safe spot to camp.

There are PHer rats all over the place in the NE part of the floor. Common drop is wrist.

Placeholders for this rat can be any type of rat. We saw his placeholder pop as a filthy rat quite a few times. Saw him pop most often on the wall east of the red dot on this map. And one time south of that spot, around the corner there.
