There are 4 Raid Vendors in Rain of Fear, they sell raid gear for the currencies earned from winning raids. You get 10 currency per raid win. In order to unlock the gear from the vendor you must win the event that the loot comes from (for example to buy Shard's Landing raid pieces you must first beat the raid to have it show on the vendor).

For Tier 1, the vendor Armorer Jean Wenlaris is found in Shard's Landing and uses the currency Velium Shards. You may purchase already made Visible armor from her, as well as regular gear and weapons.
The Costs are as follows in Velium Shards:

Additionally Armorer Jean Wenlaris has the Rank 3 Spell runes Minor, Lesser and Median for 24 Velium Shards each

For Tier 2, the vendor Ilana Sunmire is also found in Shard's Landing and uses the currency Crystallized Fear. You may purchase already made Visible armor from her, as well as regular gear and weapons.
The Costs are as follows in Crystallized Fear:

Additionally Ilana Sunmire has the Rank 3 Spell runes Minor, Lesser, Median, Greater and Glowing for 105 Crystallized Fear each

For Tier 3, the vendor Serroth Dantor is also found in Shard's Landing and uses the currency Shadowstones. You may purchase already made Visible armor from him, as well as regular gear and weapons.
The Costs are as follows in Shadowstones:

For Tier 4, the vendor Weaponsmaster Lidelf is also found in Shard's Landing and uses the currency Dreadstones. You may purchase already made Visible armor from him, as well as regular gear and weapons.
