The first is making it yourself it requires the following:
Combine in a forge:

- Mana Battery - Class One - Bought from Nelin Signus in Plane of Knowledge (as indicated by
 on the map)
- Glowing Lava Rock - Drops off magma dragons in breeding grounds (as indicated by
 on the map)
- Planar Alloy - Made with Tradeskills (Recipe Below)
- Glass Disk - Made with Tradeskills (Recipe Below)
Combine in a Jeweler Kit (or buy from players):
- Planar Alloy (Trivial at 115)
- Gnomish Heat Source - Bought from Eric Rasumus in Plane of Knowledge (as indicated by
 on the map)
- Platinum Bar - Bought from Aelisian Taliz in Plane of Tranquility (as indicated by
 on the map) (Same NPC sells Fine Sand for next combine)
- Planar Energy Shard - Drops randomly from mobs in Reign of Fear zones
Combine in a Jeweler Kit (or buy from players):
- Glass Disk (Trivial at 30)
- Gnomish Heat Source - Bought from Eric Rasumus in Plane of Knowledge (as indicated by on the map)
- Fine Sand - Bought from Aelisian Taliz in Plane of Tranquility (as indicated by on the map)
The second way is to do the 5 optionals below, this will make you receive the completed item from Irus Tendlefoot

- This comes from ashwing mobs, found throughout the zone, you have a chance of spawning more from running over eggs, this isn't an actual drop, but will update task

Recover a drop of Chetari blood 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds)
- This comes from Chetari found in the caves (as indicated by
 on the map), this isn't an actual drop, but will update task

Speak to Asupi Muksap 0/1 (The Breeding Grounds)
- Head over to and Hail Asupi Muksap (as indicated by
 on the map)

Use the incubator to collect dragon eggs 0/3 (The Breeding Grounds)
- For this step you must right-click the Ashen Elixir to get the buff, Silent Steps, with this on you can right-click the incubator you made earlier on 3 different dragon eggs, found throughout the zone, you must be close to the egg to click it.
If you do not have the buff on, the egg will hatch instead and a mob will attack, if the buff runs out and you don't have an Ashen Elixir you may Hail Asupi for another one.
