- Head over to and Hail Gevani Willowsprite (as indicated by
 on the map)

Collect ant larva venom sacs 0/15 (Evantil, the Vile Oak)
- Back up the tree on the floor under Tally are venom sacs, kill them, after they die, 1-3 larva will spawn, kill them and loot a venom sac
|
Give the ant larva venom sacs to Gevani Willowsprite 0/15 (Evantil, the Vile Oak)
- Return to and turn in the venom sacs to Gevani Willowsprite (as indicated by on the map)

Speak with Gevani Willowsprite 0/1 (Evantil, the Vile Oak)

Give the antivenin to Tally 0/1 (Evantil, the Vile Oak)
- Return to and turn in the Antivenin to Tally (as indicated by on the map), if you lose this, you can say 'lose' to Gevani Willowsprite to get a new one
