Yes, but when I was camping the room labeled there were no undead lich dragons spawning in there, ever. It was only the chetari. The closest (and thus one I camped) undead dragon PH only ever spawned in that room I mentioned.
You're right, I had the map labeled wrong. Fixed it up! Thanks for pointing this out

Just something I noticed while camping this guy. He doesn't actually spawn in the room marked. It's actually the room to the southeast of him on the map.
He has multiple PHes (multiple spawn points). I just don't know all of them
